Negative: Didn't like the host communication and insistence for an advance deposit. The apartment was not recently renovated and had noticeable pre-existing damage, which made me uneasy about potential false accusations. While these concerns proved unfounded, the overall experience was somewhat soured.

Positive: Really cozy and quiet place, not far from shops and caffe. Also there is a fast travel to the centre of Wroclaw. Host is really responsible. Flat is clean and you have everything you need there. I definitely recommend this apartment to stay in Wroclaw.

Positive: Fantastic location with free parking space. Clean throughout, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer, bedding and towels included.
Negative: Bed mattress, way too soft for my liking

Positive: • perfect location, in Olimpia Port. • near is LIDL, playgrounds, walking area. • the apartment has a good shower • a comfortable bed • the apartment is warm • the price is low
Negative: • attitude towards guests is less client-oriented • the owners of the apartment haven't been in this apartment for a long time, and they do not quite understand the assessment of the state of things in this apartment • you must send an additional payment from above, and since the apartment has not quite working things and furniture, you may be unjustly charged with repairing these things at your expense, or buying a new, identical thing • we can't recommend the apartment for families with kids • the apartment is not completely clean. If you run a wet napkin over the plinths and floor - dust and hair • the washing machine is initially wet inside and not open for ventilation. smells VERY (!) of mold (there is a new one in the package in the kitchen, apparently there will be a replacement after all) • the kitchen is not convenient to use. Only 2 pots and 1 frying pan. No lids. Only 1 knife and that's it! There are no such small devices as a grater, a corkscrew, a whisk, a stirrer, a different openers, etc. The cutting board is one broken and not the newest wooden board. It's really inconvenient. The oven is old and not the cleanest. You can’t cook it on a baking sheet - it looks very dirty. Containers for cooking in the oven are not included. If you are going to cook at home, then this is really inconvenient
